The Hotel Seidenhof is a traditional 3-star superior hotel with 84 air-conditioned rooms located behind the famous Bahnhofstrasse in the center of the city's business and banking district and near the railway station. Many of the city's sights - and other attractions are within walking distance. The Hotel Seidenhof is occupying a building that once was an important place for the international silk trade.

The Hotel Seidenhof has comfortably furnished rooms with modern conveniences; with view of the street and city life; some rooms have a balcony and all rooms have noise abating windows. The bathroom has a bathtub incl. shower (some with shower only) and a hairdryer. All rooms at the Hotel Seidenhof are equipped with cable & pay TV, radio, safe, mini-bar, coffee-machine and telephone (including ISDN and wireless LAN for Internet connections), and A/C. The rooms are available with one Queen-size Bed or with two Twin Beds (pushed together or separated). Smoking / non-smoking rooms as well as wheel chair accessible rooms are available.
